The stem is a 38cm tall stem (measurement approximate).

Your flowers will arrive beautifully presented. A vase is not included unless you have chosen to add one, or selected a curated flowers-and-vase gift set.
Where a vase is part of your order, it may arrive separately to ensure the utmost care in delivery.

TULIP CARE

  • Unwrap and check the stems as soon as they arrive

  • Trim 1–2 cm off each stem at a slight angle using a sharp knife or secateurs

  • Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline

  • Choose a clean vase and fill with cool, fresh water (tulips prefer cool water)

  • Add flower food provided (use half strength if you want slower opening)

  • Place tulips in the vase and let them rest in a cool spot for 1–2 hours before displaying

  • Keep out of direct sunlight, radiators, and draughts

  • Top up water daily — tulips drink a lot

  • Change the water every 2 days and re-trim the stems by 0.5–1 cm

  • If they bend, wrap them loosely in paper and stand in deep cool water for 1–2 hours to help them straighten
