Ordering and delivery
Getting your tree.
Pines & Co delivers and installs across Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare. Larger and corporate installations are taken nationwide on a case-by-case basis. If you are outside our core area, contact us with the details of your project and we will confirm whether we can take it on.
We offer three tiers. Premium includes your tree, delivery, installation and post-season collection. Deluxe includes everything in Premium plus our half whiskey barrel stand. Supreme is the complete service: tree, lighting, and full styling to one of our signature design concepts, installed and finished by our team.
Lighting is included as standard at Supreme tier only. At Deluxe, lighting is available as an optional extra.
Trees start from €140 including VAT for smaller sizes. Our Supreme service, fully styled and lit, starts from €735 including VAT, with the full range on the product page. Corporate and large-scale installations are quoted individually and ex VAT, as no two projects are the same.
Residential orders open in September and run through December, and popular install dates in late November and early December book out first. Corporate bookings run on an earlier calendar: consultations take place from June to early October so that concepts, quotes and install dates are settled well before the season begins.
Everything we supply operates on a rental model and remains the property of Pines & Co. Your tree, stand, lighting and decorations are installed for the season and collected when it ends. This is what allows us to run our recycling loop and to keep our styling stock at the standard our clients expect.
The trees
Provenance, care and afterlife.
Our trees are grown in Co. Wicklow and cut to order for maximum freshness.
A fresh, cut-to-order tree that is watered regularly can hold its needles and colour for up to four to six weeks indoors, comfortably covering the season. Keeping the water reservoir topped up and positioning the tree away from direct heat sources both help.
Act quickly. Once the reservoir runs dry, sap seals the base of the trunk within around 15 minutes, and after that the tree cannot take up water again without a fresh cut. Refill the reservoir immediately. If the tree has stopped drinking, contact us and we will advise on next steps.
Every tree we collect is returned to Co. Wicklow and chipped, becoming livestock bedding and mulch for woodland and gardens. Nothing goes to landfill and nothing leaves the loop.

Yes. Corporate work is the core of what we do. Our clients include five-star Dublin hotels, global technology companies, restaurants, theatres, cinemas and venues across Leinster. We install everything from single statement trees to full multi-floor installations of trees, garlands, wreaths and lighting.
Four steps. Consultation and Concepts: we visit your space, listen, and develop design concepts for it. Quote and Payment: you receive a single itemised quote covering everything through to removal. Install: our team delivers and installs on the agreed date. Takedown and Removal: when the season ends, we remove everything and your trees return for recycling.
Yes. Pines & Co carries public liability insurance with cover up to €13M, confirmable on request, and specific team members are insured to work at heights of up to 30ft for external lighting and large installations.
Our lighting is plug and play. Every reel is prepared, wound and tested at our yard before the van leaves, so lights arrive on site ready to install, and we wind lights into branches rather than draping them. You provide the power supply to the point of connection; we do not carry out electrical work, and any electrician required is arranged by the client.
Ongoing care through the season is available under a bespoke arrangement for corporate clients. Speak to our team when booking and we will build it into your quote.
Yes, for venues, councils, offices and events, delivered, safely installed, lit, and removed after the season. Every large outdoor install is unique, so this service is quoted individually.
