ROLES

  • Provide Multi Drop Delivery to customers in the Dublin/Leinster region
  • Deliver our customer’s orders on multiple drops, accurately and on time whilst providing excellent customer service
  • Supply excellent installation service to our customers.
  • Spending long days in big vans on delivery with Installer
  • Resolve customer queries wherever possible.
  • To check and complete all invoices and paperwork on time and within specification
  • To complete daily checks on your vehicles and load
  • To adhere to all Basic Health & Safety requirements
  • To build excellent customer relationships
  • Requires working efficiently, proactively and Health and Safety conscious in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meet or exceed established accuracy levels.
  • Reporting damages, accidents and issues to management
  • Checking directions on navigation system/contacting customers in advance of delivery & installation 
  • Install Christmas trees in our tree stands / Barrels
  • Putting Lights on Trees
  • Climbing a ladder (Less than 1.5M) 
  • Clean up any mess made during install 
  • Ensure that any installation is left cleaner than when you arrived
  • To keep the van tidy all the time.
  • Removing the packaging & sweeping out the back of the Van each night.
  • Complete the van service log book on a daily basis.
  • Complete daily inspection on the van and report any issues to the Manager.
  • Responsible for tools provided.
  • Answer all phone calls/queries regarding deliveries and installations from the depot.
  • Report any accidents/incidents to the Manager.
  • SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Must have a full Clean B1 Category (Car) Driving Licence is essential
    • Over 25 Years Old is essential for our insurance.
    • 1 year previous Multi Drop Delivery Experience is desirable
    • Fluent English Language Skills essential (both written and spoken)

    LOCATION/HOURS/PAY

    •  Based in Wicklow
    •  Approx 100 – 350 hours starting from mid November to mid January depending part vs full time seasonal. 
    • A full time candidate will be required to work weekdays and weekends on a roster basis and must be available during the dates outlined above.
    • There will be a training day in the 3rd week of November
    •  Pay is good: depending on age, qualifications and experience – €15ph + good daily tips and possibly more for the right candidate.

    There is the opportunity to advance to greater responsibility (hours, pay) within the company.

ROLES

  •  Manage successful and efficient day-to-day operation of warehouse
  •  Hire, train and conduct H&S inductions for team
  •  Schedule, manage and lead warehouse crew, inc two assistant managers
  •  Supervise mission-critical loading of lorries for distribution to retail sites
  •  Oversee night delivery team and work with them to solve distribution difficulties
  •  Receive and check deliveries from suppliers and enforce protocols to ensure accurate stock control
  •  Receive and manage fleet of 4+ vehicles inc  lorries, telehandlers, vans
  •  Setup and closedown/pack away warehouse & equipment after Christmas
  • Assist with and map collection after Christmas
  •  Monitor warehouse safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  •  Handle paperwork and assist office with record keeping
  •  Work with management team to improve efficiency and productivity of warehouse operation
  •  Be flexible and willing to assist in other aspects of company lending expertise where asked

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    •  Good personal and communication skills and experience in efficiently motivating and running a small crew, recording their hours and monitoring productivity and safety.
    •  Strong numerical skills and a good head for detail
    •  A practical and pragmatic mindset
    •  Stamina and the ability to work long hours in a physically demanding work environment
    •  Good range of practical skills ie using tools, driving, mechanics etc
    •  Comfortable operating large machinery (telehandlers, tractors, palletisers, trucks, etc)
    •  The ability to remain calm when under pressure
    •  A good logistical brain and organisational skills
    •  A driving license and the confidence to drive a large van in Dublin
    •  An interest in developing a permanent seasonal role and making a lasting commitment with the Company

    LOCATION/HOURS/PAY

    •  Based in Wicklow
    •  Approx 350-500 hours starting from mid November to mid January
    • A full time candidate will be required to work weekdays and weekends on a roster basis and must be available during the dates outlined above. 
    • Pay is good and negotiable: depending on age, qualifications and experience but in the region of €15ph + and possibly more for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience at an appropriate level. The post carries a high level of authority involving extensive contact with staff, students, offices as well as external bodies.
