Each bow arrives beautifully wrapped and presented in its signature giant box, making it a perfect gift.

The stem is a 60cm tall stem (measurement approximate).
Your flowers will arrive beautifully presented. A vase is not included unless you have chosen to add one, or selected a curated flowers-and-vase gift set.
Where a vase is part of your order, it may arrive separately to ensure the utmost care in delivery.
Unwrap gently and remove any foliage that would sit below the waterline.
Trim stems at a sharp angle (around 2 cm) using a clean knife or secateurs — avoid scissors, as they can bruise the stems.
Place immediately into a clean vase filled two-thirds with fresh, cool water and the flower food provided.
Refresh the water every two to three days, re-cutting the stems each time to encourage full hydration.
Keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat, and fruit, as ethylene gas can shorten the vase life.
